Midyear Reset Run
Event Overview
Midyear Reset Run is a free virtual run by HelloRun created for runners who want to reset their fitness goals, rebuild consistency, and stay active in July.
Participants may choose from 5K, 10K, or 21K. Each category may be completed through one activity or accumulated through multiple valid activities during the event period.

Registration opens: July 8, 2026
Registration closes: July 20, 2026
Event starts: July 12, 2026
Event ends: July 25, 2026
Final submission deadline: July 31, 2026

- 5K Reset Run
- Completion goal: 5 km
- 10K Momentum Run
- Completion goal: 10 km
- 21K Midyear Challenge
- Completion goal: 21 km
Distance and Completion Rules
- Participants must complete the distance required for the category selected during registration.
- Completion may be done in one activity or through multiple valid activities within the event window.
- Only activities completed from July 12 to July 25, 2026 will count.
- Only approved submissions count toward official completion, leaderboard ranking, and certificate eligibility.

Accepted Proof
- Participants may submit any clear proof of activity, including:
- Strava or running app screenshot
- Fitness watch screenshot
- Treadmill photo
- Manual entry with complete activity details
- Proof should clearly show the activity date, distance, duration or time, and activity type.
Rewards and Recognition
- Approved finishers will receive a digital certificate.
- Approved submissions may appear in the event leaderboard depending on event ranking settings.
Important Reminders
- Participants should submit clear and accurate proof.
- Activities outside the official event period will not count.
- Participants may submit multiple activities until they reach their selected completion goal.
- All submissions are subject to organizer review before approval.
