Do I need an account to register for an event?

Yes. You must be logged in to register, upload proof, submit results, and access your history.

How do payment proofs work?

If an event requires manual verification, upload payment proof from My Registrations. Organizers then approve or reject it.

When can I submit run results?

After your registration is paid/confirmed and the event is active for submissions based on the organizer's configured windows.

How do I get a certificate?

Certificates become available once your submission is approved by the organizer.

Where can organizers review queues?

Organizers can use their dashboard and event registrants page to process payment and result reviews.
