HelloRun supports runners, organisers, clubs, schools, companies, and communities.
These Community Guidelines help keep the platform safe, respectful, fair, and useful.

- profile content
- event posts
- uploaded media
- public or semi-public interactions
2. Respectful Conduct
Users must interact respectfully.
Do not post or send content that:

- threatens harm
- attacks a person based on identity or background
- humiliates or targets another participant
- uses abusive language
- encourages bullying
- reveals private information without consent
3. Honest Participation
Users must participate honestly.

- submit fake runs
- use another person’s activity as your own
- edit screenshots to misrepresent results
- reuse payment proof dishonestly
- create fake accounts
- impersonate runners, organisers, sponsors, or institutions
- manipulate rankings
- abuse referral, certificate, or recognition systems
4. Event Discussions
Event-related discussions should remain relevant and constructive.
Users may ask questions, raise concerns, and report issues.
Users should avoid spreading unverified claims, false accusations, or misleading information about events, organisers, or participants.
5. Prohibited Content
Users must not upload or post:
- illegal content
- sexually explicit content
- malware or harmful code
- scam links
- spam
- hate speech
- threats
- private personal data of others
- copyrighted material without permission
- misleading event promotions
- manipulated proof images
6. Privacy of Others
Users must not post another person’s personal data without permission.
This includes:
- addresses
- phone numbers
- private emails
- private messages
- payment information
- government IDs
- private screenshots
- medical information
- account credentials
7. Moderation
HelloRun may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or ban users who violate these guidelines.
Moderation actions may be based on:
- user reports
- organiser reports
- admin review
- automated or assisted detection
- legal requests
- platform security checks
