The July Active Quest Virtual Run is a free month-long virtual running challenge created for runners, walkers, and active individuals who want to build consistency through movement.
Choose your distance goal, complete it at your own pace, and submit your activities through HelloRun.
No pressure.
No fixed venue.
No required pace.
Just movement, progress, and accountability.

Distances may be completed through accumulated activities within the official event period.
How This Event Works
1. Register
Create or log in to your HelloRun account and register for your chosen July Active Quest category.
2. Complete Your Activities
Run, walk, jog, or complete treadmill activities anytime from July 1 to July 31, 2026.
3. Submit Your Proof
Submit your activity proof through HelloRun.
Your proof must clearly show:
- Distance completed
- Activity date
- Activity type
- Screenshot or record from a fitness app
4. Wait for Review
The organizer will review your submission.
Only approved submissions count toward your official progress.
5. Complete Your Quest
Once your approved activities reach your selected category distance, you become an official finisher.
Accepted Activities
The following activities are accepted:
- Running
- Walking
- Jogging
- Trail running
- Treadmill running
- Walk-run activities
Not Accepted
The following activities are not accepted:
- Cycling
- Swimming
- Motorised activities
- Edited or manipulated screenshots
- Duplicate submissions
- Activities completed outside July 1 to July 31, 2026
- Activities that do not clearly show distance and date

You may use any reliable fitness tracker or running app, including:
- Strava
- Garmin Connect
- Nike Run Club
- Adidas Running
- Samsung Health
- Huawei Health
- Apple Fitness
- Google Fit
- Coros
- Suunto
- Other GPS-based fitness apps
Manual entries may be reviewed if the submitted proof is clear and reasonable.
Submission Rules
- Activities must be completed within the official event period.
- Each activity must be submitted only once.
- Screenshots must clearly show distance and date.
- The organizer may reject unclear, edited, duplicate, or suspicious submissions.
- Only approved submissions count toward your category goal.
- Final submission deadline is August 14, 2026.

Leaderboard Rules
- Leaderboard ranking is based on approved submissions.
- Your progress updates after your activity proof is reviewed and approved.
- Participants may submit multiple activities until they reach or exceed their selected distance goal.
- The leaderboard is for motivation and recognition, not pressure.
